Milpitas Physical Therapy Clinic opened in 1980 under the ownership of David Severson, PT. In 1984 the clinic moved to its current location at 1103 S. Park Victoria Dr. in Milpitas, California. 

We occupy 2,500 square feet of space. The clinic has a large gym and exercise area with state-of-the-art equipment. We have six private treatment rooms.

Our physical therapists are licensed in the state of California. Physical therapists are credentialed with all the major insurance companies and are Medicare certified.

We continually update our physical therapy programs. Our staff attends continuing education courses and seminars regularly. Each staff physical therapist attends at least two advanced training seminars per year to keep up with the latest developments in physical therapy and rehabilitation. We conduct weekly in-service education programs for our staff members.

We regularly conduct patient satisfaction surveys and use the results of these surveys to modify and improve our clinic procedures, rehabilitation programs, and clinical management.
